A new blackout occurs in Saitama and Yamanashi.
According to TEPCO, as of 6:30 pm, power outages have newly occurred in Saitama Prefecture and Yamanashi Prefecture. However, it is not known at this time whether it is due to the effects of Typhoon No. 15.
