Construction scaffold collapses at Minato Mirai Yokohama 9 September 09:13
In the Minato Mirai district of Nishi-ku, Yokohama, the scaffolding of the building under construction near the intersection collapsed, and the collapsed scaffold spread on the sidewalks and roadways.
The police officers patroling around 3:30 am on the 9th found that the scaffold had collapsed, meaning that there were no injuries.
Around 7:30 am, a large number of workers went out to remove the scaffolding that had collapsed.
