Typhoon No.15 Tokyo Bay Aqua Line closed due to strong winds September 9th 1:26
According to the Japan Road Traffic Information Center, the Tokyo Bay Aqualine connecting Kisarazu City and Kawasaki City, Chiba Prefecture, is affected by strong winds caused by a typhoon. Between Junction and Kisarazu Kanada Interchange, it is closed at 1am.
