At the construction site along the JR Sagami Line in Ebina City, Kanagawa Prefecture, the scaffolding of the 6-story apartment building being demolished collapsed to the track side due to strong typhoons. At around 7am, heavy machinery was dispatched at the site, and work was underway to clear the collapsed scaffolding and nets.
