Evacuation instruction to part of Kanagawa Kamakura September 9th 3:02
Kamakura City, Kanagawa Prefecture, issued an instruction to evacuate 85 households and 200 people at 2:20 am on the 9th because there was a risk of flooding in the city due to heavy rain caused by Typhoon No.15. The information corresponding to warning level 4 out of the five warning levels calls for immediate evacuation.
