NTT DOCOMO, KDDI, and Softbank's three major mobile phone companies will provide support measures to users in 20 cities and towns in Saga Prefecture, to which the disaster relief law has been applied due to this heavy rain.
NTT DOCOMO will offer special discounts and accessories for free until the end of next month for those who have damaged their mobile phones due to this disaster. In addition, we will extend the payment deadline and make some fees free.
In the future, if the applicable area of the Disaster Relief Law spreads, it will be the target of support measures.
