Hirokawa, which flows through the central part of Wakayama Prefecture, exceeded the "flooding dangerous water level" at 6:30 pm at the Shinhirobashi Observatory in Hirokawa.
For this reason, Wakayama Prefecture has issued “inundation risk information” and has called for caution as the risk of flood damage has increased.
