Typhoon No. 9 is a large and very strong typhoon. It is expected to pass through the Sakishima Islands, moving northward on the south of Okinawa and developing into a tremendous force from late evening to the 9th. In Naha City, a woman in her 80s was hit by a strong wind and injured.
According to the fire department, a woman in her 80s was walking on a pedestrian crossing at the intersection of Mihara 2-chome in Naha City on the 8th at 10:30 am.
According to the fire department and prefecture, the woman complains of pain in her right leg and is suspected of having a fracture.
