Several state services have been the subject of computer attacks of “unprecedented intensity” since Sunday evening, but their impact “has been reduced”, according to information disclosed by Matignon.

A crisis unit has been activated to deploy countermeasures. 

Several State services have, since Sunday, been the subject of computer attacks of “unprecedented intensity” but their impact at this stage “has been reduced” and access to State sites “restored”. AFP learned Monday from Matignon.

“Since yesterday evening (Sunday), several state services have been the subject of computer attacks whose technical methods are classic, but the intensity is unprecedented,” indicated the Prime Minister's services.

“A crisis unit was activated yesterday evening (Sunday) to deploy countermeasures.”

“At this point, the impact of these attacks has been reduced for most services and access to state sites restored.”
