The Israeli army announced the killing and wounding of 14 officers and soldiers in battles in the Gaza Strip, while the Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades - the military wing of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) - broadcast pictures of violent battles with the occupation and the burning of its military vehicles after being targeted, at a time when the occupation’s massacres continued in the Strip, where It was revealed that the Israeli army executed 30 Palestinians in a school in Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza Strip, while they were handcuffed and blindfolded.

The occupation army said that two officers, including a major from the elite Shaldag unit, and two soldiers were killed, while 10 others were wounded in the northern and southern Gaza Strip, during the past 24 hours.

This brings the number of military deaths to at least 561 since October 7. Among them, more than 230 officers and soldiers were killed since the start of the ground operation on the 27th of the same month, while 54 of them were killed since the beginning of this year. These are numbers that the resistance denies, and says that the losses of the occupation army are much higher.

The Israeli army had announced that 26 officers and soldiers were transferred from Gaza to hospitals in Israel, after being injured in battles in the north and south of the Gaza Strip. It added that these battles were particularly concentrated in Khan Yunis and the eastern suburbs of Gaza City.

Violent battles

The Al-Quds Brigades said that its fighters blew up an Israeli tank in the vicinity of Jourat Al-Aqqad in Khan Yunis.

Draw a new brigade

In a related context, Israeli Army Radio said that the army expelled the Fifth Brigade from Gaza, as part of reducing its forces in the Strip.

The aforementioned brigade worked throughout the previous period in the northern region of the Gaza Strip, on the beach axis, under the command of the 162nd Division.

The radio's military correspondent said that only one reserve brigade is now participating in operations in the Gaza Strip.

This week, the Israeli army brought out the 4th Armored Brigade, known as “Kiryati,” and the 55th Brigade also brought out reserve paratroopers, who worked in the Khan Yunis area.

Continuing massacres

On the humanitarian level, the occupation forces continued to commit massacres in Gaza, besieging and targeting hospitals, especially in Khan Yunis, south of the Strip.

The Palestinian Prisoners' Club revealed that the bodies of 30 martyrs were found yesterday in Beit Lahia, north of the Gaza Strip, inside one of the schools that was besieged by the occupation.

The Prisoner's Club said that witness accounts show that the martyrs were handcuffed and blindfolded, which confirms that they were under arrest, which clearly shows that the occupation committed the crime of field execution against them.

Al Jazeera broadcast sad and horrific video scenes of citizens bidding farewell to their martyrs who were killed by occupation fire at Nasser Hospital in Khan Yunis. A number of martyrs and wounded were also killed as a result of the Israeli air strikes on the Mirage area, north of Rafah, south of the Gaza Strip.

The Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announced a new toll of victims of the Israeli aggression on the Strip, and said that the number of martyrs had risen to 26,900, and those injured to 65,949 since last October 7.

She added that the occupation committed 16 massacres in the Gaza Strip, claiming 150 martyrs and 313 injuries during the past 24 hours.

The Ministry indicated that the conditions in the hospitals of the besieged city of Khan Yunis for the second week in a row are “catastrophic,” warning of the death of a number of wounded and sick people as a result of repeated targeting, the lack of medical capabilities, and the running out of food.
