The article says that during a meeting with the leaders of the State Duma factions, the head of state mentioned the ceremony of raising the Russian flag on the Krasnoyarsk nuclear submarine and the Imperator Alexander III nuclear submarine, which took place in Severodvinsk on December 11. At the event, Putin spoke on the street without a hat.

"I'm sorry, I'd whip whoever let you out without a hat. It's just (minus – RT) 15 °C," Zyuganov said.

He noted that the health of the commander-in-chief in military conditions is the health of the nation and promised to make a reprimand to those who sent the president without a hat into the cold.

In turn, the Russian leader replied with a smile that he took the remark personally.
