According to the website of the Central Meteorological Observatory, from the 10nd to the 22th, there will be winds of 22~24 and gusts of 6 in the Taiwan Strait, the ocean east of Taiwan, the Bus Strait, the northern waters of the South China Sea, the Beibu Gulf, and the Qiongzhou Strait; There are heavy to heavy rains in the central and eastern parts of Hainan Island, among which there are heavy rainstorms in the eastern part of Hainan Island.

Yesterday, due to the influence of tropical depression and cold air after the weakening of Typhoon Sanba, heavy rainfall occurred in Guangxi and Hainan. In the next three days, Guangxi, Hainan and other places will still have the risk of heavy rainfall disasters to prevent secondary disasters that may be caused by heavy rainfall.

Affected by the weakening of Typhoon Sanba, tropical depression and cold air experienced heavy rainfall in Guangxi, Hainan and other places

From 8 o'clock yesterday to 6 o'clock today, under the combined influence of the tropical depression weakened by the "Sanba" and the cold air from the south, heavy rain or heavy rain occurred in eastern Guangxi, northwestern Guangxi and Hainan Island, heavy rain (100~233 mm) occurred in Qinzhou and Yulin in Guangxi, Haikou, Tunchang, Qionghai and Wanning in Hainan, and exceptionally heavy rainfall (258 mm) in Qinzhou, Guangxi, and the maximum hourly rainfall in the above areas was 40~91 mm. In addition, there were 6~7 gusts and 8 levels in the coastal areas of Guangdong, the eastern coast of Fujian, the central and eastern parts of Inner Mongolia and the eastern part of Northeast China.

Hainan Island and other places have heavy precipitation

From the 22nd to the 24th, there will be winds of 6~8 and gusts of 9 in the Taiwan Strait, east of Taiwan, the Bus Strait, the northern waters of the South China Sea, the Beibu Gulf and the Qiongzhou Strait; There are heavy to heavy rains in the central and eastern parts of Hainan Island, among which there are heavy rainstorms in the eastern part of Hainan Island. Some of the above areas are accompanied by short-term heavy precipitation (maximum hourly rainfall of 20~40 mm, local can exceed 60 mm), local thunderstorms, winds or hail and other strong convective weather.

Specific domestic forecast for the next three days

From 10:22 on October 08 to 23:08 on October 100, there was light to moderate snow or sleet in parts of northern Xinjiang, eastern and northern Tibet, and southern Qinghai. There are moderate to heavy rains in southeast Guangxi, Leizhou Peninsula, Hainan Island and other places, among which, there are heavy rains or heavy rains (180~4 mm) in parts of eastern Hainan Island and other places. There are 6~1 level winds in parts of central Inner Mongolia, eastern Heilongjiang, most of Tibet, and southeastern coastal areas of Guangxi (see Figure <>).

From 10:23 on October 08 to 24:08 on October 50, there was light to moderate snow or sleet in parts of northern Xinjiang and along the Tianshan Mountains, northern Tibet, and central and southern Qinghai, and heavy snow in southern Qinghai. There are moderate to heavy rains in some areas of Hainan Island and other places, among which, there are heavy rains (90~2 mm) in southeast Hainan Island and other places (see Figure <>).

From 10:24 on October 08 to 25:08 on October 3, there was light snow or sleet in parts of northern Tibet, southern Qinghai, and southern Gansu. Moderate to heavy rainfall occurred in parts of eastern and southern Hainan Island, southwestern Guangxi, western Yunnan, northern Guizhou, southern Chongqing, northern Hunan, and southwestern Hubei (see Figure <>).
