High operating and feed prices have meant increased concern among riding schools around the country. Through regular visits, the Swedish Equestrian Federation provides support to its members during the economically tough time. But support and calls do not pay any invoices.
"Here we see that the municipalities must take greater responsibility. More municipalities in Småland, and in the country as a whole, need to review their resource allocation. It is a prerequisite in a municipality that there is equal support for all sports, says Anna Zetterlund.
