Li Qun said that promoting the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind is the core concept of Xi Jinping's diplomatic thought, and strengthening people-to-people exchanges is an important way to build a community with a shared future for mankind. People-to-people exchanges attach importance to caring for and respecting people, and this spirit is also an important gene of China's excellent traditional culture, and this spirit is also in line with the philosophical concepts of other countries and peoples in the world. Li Qun said that President Xi Jinping attaches great importance to international people-to-people exchanges, puts forward the Global Civilization Initiative, advocates the construction of a global civilization dialogue and cooperation network, promotes the mutual understanding of people of all countries, and jointly promotes human progress and civilization. China has also actively carried out people-to-people exchanges, and has signed cooperation agreements with 157 countries in the fields of culture, cultural relics and tourism, and with 25 countries to prevent the illegal entry and exit of cultural relics.

Li Qun also said that in the past decade, China has also cooperated with other countries in the world to hold more than 500 cultural relics import and export exhibitions, and Chinese cultural relics experts have carried out the protection and restoration of cultural relics and monuments in 6 places in six countries, including the ancient city of Khiva in Uzbekistan and Angkor Wat in Cambodia. China has also carried out 11 joint archaeological work with 24 countries, which has led to the return of more than 44,1800 lost cultural relics to the motherland.

Li Qun said that China also launched the Asian Cultural Heritage Protection Alliance this year, and at the same time established the Asian Cultural Heritage Protection Fund, held global cultural brand activities such as "Happy Spring Festival" and "Tea and the World" Yaji, and implemented the "Hello! China's "Inbound Tourism Promotion Program and Cultural Silk Road Program", etc. "All these works have greatly promoted international exchanges of culture, cultural relics and tourism, and also promoted economic and social development."

Li Qun said that Chinese civilization has outstanding continuity, innovation, unity, inclusiveness and peace, and the Chinese government's efforts to carry out international people-to-people exchanges have made positive contributions to promoting the diversity of world cultures and enhancing the inclusiveness and sustainability of global economic and social development.
