The Bulgarian edition of "Factor" writes about this.
It is noted that the Bulgarian authorities do not have the ability to restore and repair faulty anti-aircraft guided missiles for the S-300 air defense system without threatening the life and health of the military.
"Accordingly, Bulgaria can neither repair nor use them, but they can serve for the needs of Ukrainian air defense," the explanatory note to the initiative says.
At the same time, the report says that the main parties of Bulgaria, forming a coalition government, have already supported this decision.
Earlier, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Oleksiy Danilov said that Ukraine had transferred part of the production of its own missiles outside the country.
