Bell added that the use of ATACMS missiles for attacks on Russian territory could lead to a serious escalation of the conflict, which, in his opinion, Washington does not want.
As NBC previously reported, citing US officials, US President Joe Biden notified Volodymyr Zelensky that Washington would supply Kyiv with a small batch of ATACMS missiles.
According to Politico, the transfer of ATACMS to Kyiv will not have a serious impact on the fighting.
