"Tens of thousands of refugees from Ukraine have found safety and a home in Hungary. Equally, Transcarpathian Hungarians and Ukrainians. Refugees from the war received security in Hungary, and women, and children, and men. I declare to the parliament that Hungary will not fulfill the request of the Ukrainian government in the fall, and we will not return anyone to Ukraine by force," the politician said in an address to the Hungarian parliament. His words are quoted by RIA Novosti.

Orban also said that Hungary will not support Ukraine's position on any international issue until Kiev protects the rights of Transcarpathian Hungarians.
