They are suspected of hitting another schoolboy on the school grounds earlier this week. The juvenile judge has been asked pending the guilty hearing set for December 14.

They are suspected of having committed acts of aggravated violence against one of their comrades. One of the three teenagers is also being prosecuted for acts of violence committed in a means of public transport.

Another investigation opened

Arrested by the police, they were initially taken into custody. Interviewed by the investigators, all admitted the facts. Confirming the information, the Toulon prosecutor said he had seized the juvenile judge and requested an educational measure as soon as possible. A judicial protection follow-up and a ban on contact with the victim was also requested by the Public Prosecutor's Office. The latter was prescribed two days of incapacity for work.

Still according to information from Europe 1, an incidental judicial investigation concerning the social networks of the attackers has been opened. The three students reportedly have a Snapchat group on which they broadcast videos of violent attacks. All have been summoned to a guilt hearing on December 14.
