"You can't ride in the passenger seat with your seat belt unfastened. Now this violation will be recorded by cameras," the report says.
According to Maxim Liksutov, Acting Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Transport, more than 200 complexes with a neural network in the capital will track unfastened passengers.
For violation of the rule, a fine of 1 thousand rubles will be issued to the owner of the car.
In July, it was reported that 12.5 million fines were issued in Moscow with the help of video cameras for violating traffic rules in the first six months of 2023.
