Trollhättan is shaken by several recent acts of violence and the police to deals between criminal groups.
For some time now, Trollhättan has been working to set up 120 surveillance cameras at a total of 35 points in the districts of Kronogården, Sylte and Lextorp. A large part will now be in place and the hope is now that they will have an effect.
– The hope is that residents will feel safer and that police work will become more effective, says Jenny Wester.
Can you see any results from the cameras that have been set up so far?
"It's a little too early to say what effect they have had," she says.
