According to him, Deputy Ministers Volodymyr Gavrilov, Vitaliy Deynega, Anna Malyar, Rostislav Teodozievich, Denis Sharapov and Andriy Shevchenko were dismissed from their posts. Also, the post was left by the State Secretary of the Ministry of Defense Konstantin Vashchenko.

The Supreme Anti-Corruption Court (HACC) of Ukraine ordered the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) to initiate a criminal case against the former head of the State Property Fund Rustem Umerov, who became the country's Minister of Defense, the Ukrainian edition of Kommentarii reports, citing the decision of the HACC of August 25 in case 991/7415/23.
