According to the document, in order to obtain a license, it is necessary to provide a medical report on the absence of mental illness and a certificate of completion of a training course in the initial methods of dog training.

Earlier, the head of the All-Russian Society of Responsible Dog Breeders, the head of the Club for the Protection of Amstaffs, Pit Bulls and Bull Terriers, Olesya Borisenko, in an interview with the NSN, stated the need to introduce dog registration, which would solve a number of problems, including self-walking.
