The Civil Guard investigates the appearance of the bodies of two immigrants on the coast of Adra (Almería), after the arrival of two boats from northern Morocco to this area.

As confirmed by sources belonging to the investigation to the EFE Agency, both boats, in addition to the two deceased, transported a total of 125 people.

During these last three days, there has been a wave of arrival of boats to the municipality of Abderitano, which has caused the Command of Almeria to ask for reinforcements to that of Granada.

The latter has been pointed out by the spokesman of the Unified Association of Civil Guards in Almeria, Víctor Vega, who has assured that the guards of the province are "overwhelmed" and the help that can be provided by sea is "limited".

He has stressed that Almeria continues without having an Immigration Internment Center or "a police model in conditions" despite being the "point of the peninsula that supports more immigration."

"The Temporary Reception Centre for Foreigners is not able to absorb 125 people. In recent years, not only has nothing been done, but the situation is getting worse," Vega said.
