Listen to Sandberg talk about the problems he sees with the type of bonus system that Nouryon uses.

In practice, the bonus system means that people who do the same tasks and work in the same shift team can receive different grades and thus different amounts.

"It is economically and morally problematic. Financially because you cannot get the incentive to perform in the way that management wants and morally because it is up to management's discretion to set these grades, which seems to be a problem in this business," says Joakim Sandberg, professor of practical philosophy at the University of Gothenburg.
