This was announced by the official representative of the Secretary General of the organization, Stephane Dujarric, answering a question about the explosion of the Togliatti-Odessa ammonia pipeline.

"We continue our consultations with all parties," TASS quoted him as saying.

Dujarric noted that the head of the UN Conference on Trade and Development, Rebeca Greenspan, will meet with the Russian delegation on June 9 as part of joint contacts to ensure the supply of Russian grain and fertilizers.

The export of ammonia fertilizers is provided for by the Black Sea Grain Initiative, he added.

According to him, the UN is making efforts on many fronts, given the importance of this to solve the problem of world hunger and "so that world food prices do not rise."

Earlier, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Trade of Russia Denis Manturov said that Russia does not count on access to the repair of the Togliatti-Odessa ammonia pipeline, which was blown up in the Kharkiv region.

According to him, Russia will introduce its own first export terminal for ammonia in Taman by the end of the year.

Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said that the Russian side would make efforts to find out the circumstances of the explosion of the Togliatti-Odessa ammonia pipeline.
