- Music Primavera Sound suspends Thursday's concerts in Arganda del Rey (Madrid) due to the forecast of "strong storms"
After the suspension of the Primavera Sound concerts that were going to take place this Thursday due to rain, the Organization of Consumers and Users (OCU) advises those who planned to attend to claim from the organizers of the festival the expenses associated with transport or accommodation, since it is a cause of force majeure.
Thus, the OCU also recalls that those who planned to attend either with individual ticket or subscription are entitled to reimbursement of the amount paid.
According to the organizers of the event, the day tickets for this Thursday will now be valid for the days of Friday or Saturday without the need to make additional arrangements.
And in case of not being used, and once the festival is over and as soon as possible, you will receive, depending on the organization, the refund of the amount of the day ticket automatically. The statement issued does not indicate anything about discounts on the price of the subscription for the three days.
The OCU has transferred to the organization its concern about the capacity before its offer to allow access to the days of Friday or Saturday with the day entry of Thursday.
