The Civil Guard has arrested in Santa Brígida (Gran Canaria) a man who was under surveillance in the Viogen program for the prevention of sexist violence who is accused of having mistreated his two children, two babies, one of whom has been hospitalized.
According to EFE sources of the investigation, the arrested is waiting to be brought to justice.
The two babies have already received health care and one of them has been admitted to the Maternal and Child Hospital of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria under observation, although his condition is not serious.
Both his mother and brother are doing well, the sources said.
