According to the diplomat, Grossi's speech at the UN is a kind of agreement.

"No one knows what the status of this speech is, but Grossi himself proceeds from the fact that this is an agreement. That's what he said, no one refuted, no one opposed, even the Ukrainians did not oppose, "TASS quoted Ulyanov as saying.

He added that the Ukrainian side wanted to condition this on "de-occupation", but in the end, Kiev took note of the position of the head of the IAEA.

IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi said earlier that both sides expressed support for the agency's work to ensure nuclear safety at the ZNPP.

The IAEA also said that the situation at the Zaporizhzhia NPP remains unstable and potentially dangerous.
