The Minister called on the authorities of the Russian regions to constantly monitor the issue of the epidemiological situation on the ground in dialogue with the Ministry of Agriculture, the Rosselkhoznadzor and regional veterinary services.

"Significant amounts of funds are allocated annually for the purchase of vaccines and diagnostic tools, which are brought free of charge to the regions. In 2023, this is 3.7 billion rubles," Patrushev said.
