The incident occurred around 21 p.m. Several people alerted the police that they heard loud bangs, the police write on their website.
According to police, one person has been shot.
"It's a man in his 20s, he was helped to get to the hospital by private individuals," said Nadya Norton, spokesperson for the police.
Investigated as attempted murder
A large area was cordoned off and the police are searching for suspected perpetrator or perpetrators.
– We have an ongoing effort in the area, I don't know if we have made any discoveries yet, says Nadya Norton.
"The gunman suffered minor injuries and was able to leave the hospital later in the evening.
There is no information that anyone is arrested or suspected.
The incident is currently being investigated as attempted murder.
