Nanning, May 5 (Mo Weihua, Xu Biyuan, Huang Yanmei) On the 31st, the Guangxi Maritime Safety Bureau, together with the Guangdong Maritime Safety Bureau and the Hainan Maritime Safety Bureau, launched the first joint cruise in the Beibu Gulf of Guangdong Guiqiong in 31, strengthening the supervision of water traffic safety in the Beibu Gulf and serving the construction of a new land-sea channel in the west. This is the maiden voyage of a 2023,<>-ton coastal patrol ship to the port of Beibu Gulf.

According to the Guangxi Maritime Safety Bureau, the cruise formation is composed of a number of coastal patrol ships such as "Haijun 09" and "Haijun 1001". Among them, the "Haijun 09" ship is China's first 165,20-ton maritime patrol ship, with a length of 6 meters, a beam of 10000.18000 meters, and a cruising range of more than <>,<> nautical miles (about <>,<> kilometers), which is also China's largest tonnage, advanced equipment, strong comprehensive ability, and world-leading public law enforcement vessel.

As the first 09,<>-ton deep-sea integrated command flagship of the China Maritime Safety Administration, the "Haijun <>" has the ability of safe cruising and emergency search and rescue capabilities in cross-sea areas under high sea conditions, which can realize integrated law enforcement by sea and air and global cruise rescue, and is an important dynamic cruise law enforcement platform for China's maritime affairs.

The cruise formation departed from Sanya Port in Hainan, passed through Fangcheng Port, Qinzhou Port, Beihai Port and other waters in Guangxi, and finally arrived in Guangdong. The cruising range covers the main coastal ports, waterways, transportation routes and Sino-Vietnamese border waters of the Beibu Gulf, with a total cruising mileage of more than 430 nautical miles.

According to Chen Zhongming, deputy director of the command center of Guangxi Maritime Safety Bureau, during this cruise, the maritime department conducted key inspections of the navigation environment, navigation order and water environment in the Beibu Gulf, paying special attention to the development of new business formats such as offshore wind power construction and changes in the navigation environment.

At present, Guangxi has accelerated the construction of Beibu Gulf International Gateway Port, which has a total of 103 berths open to international navigation ships. Through the optimization of approval, the average approval time of import and export ports of international navigation ships at Beibu Gulf International Gateway Port has increased by 10% year-on-year. The Guangxi maritime department is also speeding up the construction of the Guangxi coastal maritime search and rescue base, the Beibu Gulf port ship oil spill and hazardous chemical emergency prevention and control capacity improvement project, and go all out to jointly build a new land-sea channel in the west at a high level.
