The reason for the notice is again a sharp decrease in the number of orders. It was the newspaper Ljusnan that was the first to report on the notice.
The notice mainly affects employees on the production side, but also white-collar employees.
Most recently, in February, Svenska fönster laid off 90 employees. In the end, 84 employees were laid off.
"In order for us to be able to plan long-term and continue to be a leading player in the industry, it is necessary that we make adjustments in the organization, not least so that we can scale up again when the market recovers," says Henrik Kjeldsen, vice president of the Danish group Dovista.
