The United States provides the Kyiv regime with an indulgence to continue hostilities with Russia, ignoring the attack of Ukrainian UAVs on Moscow. This was stated by Russian Ambassador to Washington Anatoly Antonov.
"The only thing that pseudo-politicians in Ukraine reckon with is the position of the West, led by the United States. Silence and ignoring the atrocities of thugs with yellow-blue chevrons is a kind of indulgence to the Nazis to continue the hopeless confrontation with the Russian armed forces, "Antonov stressed.
According to him, the US reaction to the attack of Ukrainian UAVs on Moscow is an encouragement of terrorism.
"We drew attention to Washington's statements regarding the terrorist act in Moscow with the use of drones. In fact, this is the encouragement of Ukrainian terrorists. What are the attempts to hide behind the phrase that "information is being collected" here. And then officials switch to an information attack against our country. Does the administration really not understand that no one believes American slogans about non-support for the strikes of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Russian territory ?! Moreover, these words are pronounced somehow bashfully and uncertainly, "the Russian ambassador said.
As Antonov noted, the United States is deliberately and irrevocably "drawn into the abyss" of hostilities in Europe.
"By the way, to push NATO and Russia is an old cherished dream of national radicals in Kiev," he said.
According to him, due to the attack of Ukrainian UAVs on Moscow, it was planned to "intimidate the Russians, bring confusion and vacillation" to Russian society, and "undermine confidence" in Russian President Vladimir Putin.
"At the same time, the criminal regime is trying to compensate for the lack of success on the line of contact and the impossibility of conducting a counteroffensive. What is this? The answer is obvious: the military impotence of the Nazi thugs in Kiev," the diplomat stressed.
He noted that the terrorist attack in Moscow is in line with the general policy of the West "to overthrow" Russia.
"For such purposes, they do not shun any, even the most vile means. The Russian Federation in the West has long been sentenced to death. Only now the strength is not enough to achieve this task. The special military operation will continue until complete victory. We will find all those involved in terrorist attacks against Russia and its citizens - they will be punished, "Antonov said.
In turn, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova noted the hypocrisy of the United States and the entire West in the situation with the drone attack on Moscow carried out by the Kyiv regime.
"This, of course, is an absolutely despicable position. There is no other word, no definition: they see and comment only on what is beneficial to them," Zakharova stated on Radio Sputnik.

Later, the Kremlin announced that there was no condemnation in the United States and in the West of the attack by Ukrainian UAVs on Moscow.
"We have seen the reaction from both London and Washington. Once again, we noted for ourselves the absence of any condemnation. Of course, we would prefer to hear at least some words of condemnation. There was no condemnation there," said Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov.
Washington's reaction
Earlier, the White House said it was aware of the drone attack on Moscow, but was still gathering information about what happened.
"We've seen the reports, we've seen the news and, of course, we're gathering information about what happened for a better understanding and greater clarity regarding this incident. But I can speak more generally. As you know, and in general we have already said this, we do not support attacks inside Russia. Our position here is very clear. We are focused on providing Ukraine with the means and training it needs to regain its own sovereign territory. And for more than a year now, that's exactly what we've been doing," White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said.
At the same time, she did not directly answer the journalist's question whether drones supplied by the United States were used during the attack on Moscow and "whether the Ukrainian authorities knew about this attack."

The question of whether US President Joe Biden has any concerns about the situation in which "further supply of the Ukrainian authorities with military means" may lead to their use "on Russian territory" was left without a specific answer.
Jean-Pierre only noted that Washington does not support the use of "US-made means for attacks inside Russia."
Recall that after the UAV strike on Moscow by the Kyiv regime, the Pentagon announced a new $300 million military aid package for Kyiv.
To the journalist's clarification whether Biden believes that Ukraine risks "losing its position of moral superiority" if it attacks civilian targets in Moscow, the White House press secretary said that she was "not going to hypothesize."
On May 30, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported a terrorist attack using drones on Moscow facilities by the Kyiv regime. According to the agency, eight aircraft-type UAVs were involved in the attack. It is emphasized that all enemy unmanned aerial vehicles were hit.
According to Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin, as a result of this attack, "several buildings received minor damage." According to him, "no one was seriously injured."
On the same day, Russian President Vladimir Putin commented on the incident, stressing that this is a "clear sign of terrorist activities" of the Kyiv regime. According to him, Kiev has chosen the path of "attempts to intimidate Russia", its citizens and "strikes on residential buildings."
"Apparently, this is what is designed: they provoke us to mirror actions. But we'll see what to do about it," the Russian leader said.
'Hypocritical trend'
As Vladimir Batyuk, head of the Center for Military-Political Studies of the Institute of the USA and Canada of the Russian Academy of Sciences, said in an interview with RT, the "vague statements" of the United States about the drone attack on Moscow from Kiev do not exclude the possibility that this strike was carried out with the support of the United States.
"Everyone understands this very well. And no one doubts it. Washington seems to have noted, among other things, that it does not support attacks on Russia. With its dry and vague reaction to the attack on Moscow, the United States sets a general hypocritical trend in the West - to ignore the crimes of the Kiev regime and justify them by all means. Washington directly supports the current Ukrainian regime and its terrorist activities," the expert said.
According to Batiuk, the attack on Moscow speaks of the "hopeless situation" in which Kiev finds itself.
"The United States expects a long-promised large-scale counteroffensive from the Ukrainian regime, which still does not materialize. But the Kiev authorities, who now do not have the opportunity to implement it, decided to organize a provocation. But, judging by Washington's dry reaction, for the United States and the West, the terrorist acts of the Ukrainian authorities clearly did not become an adequate substitute for this counteroffensive," the analyst stated.

A similar position is shared by Konstantin Blokhin, an employee of the Center for Security Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences. According to him, the Armed Forces of Ukraine are striking civilian targets in Russia in order to "hide their failures on the battlefield."
"The Armed Forces of Ukraine cannot radically change the course of the NWO, so they are trying to reach deep into Russia. A blow to Moscow for the Kyiv regime means another newsworthy event that they can demonstrate to Western partners, "the expert said in a commentary to RT.
Blokhin believes that such provocations on the part of the Kyiv regime do not achieve their goal, but only confirm the need for the NWO.
"The UAV attacks on Moscow had the task of exerting psychological pressure on the inhabitants of Russia. However, the Armed Forces of Ukraine did not succeed in intimidating the Russians or discrediting the leadership of the Russian Federation. They caused more anger among the population of Russia than panic. And this is a gross strategic mistake of the Kiev authorities, "the analyst is sure.
Blokhin also believes that not only the Kiev authorities, but also the United States are behind the attacks on Moscow's facilities.
"Of course, the United States is trying to mask this with its statements, but in fact they pushed Kyiv to this attack, demanding war trophies, which the Armed Forces of Ukraine simply do not have. At the same time, Washington continues to pump weapons into Ukraine, and the Kyiv regime perceives this as a green signal for its illegal actions. And the statements of the American authorities that Kiev allegedly assured of the non-use of weapons on the "geographical territory" of Russia, in fact, do not mean anything. No agreements were signed between the United States and Ukraine on this topic: everything is only in words, nothing more, "the expert concluded.
