"Ukraine and its allies are planning a summit of world leaders that would exclude Russia," The Wall Street Journal quoted Yermak as saying.

According to the publication, the purpose of the summit may be to increase support for Ukraine's plan to end the conflict.

Yermak said that at the moment direct negotiations with Russia are impossible.

Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin said earlier that one of the conditions for achieving peace is the return of Ukraine to a neutral non-aligned status, enshrined in the declaration of its state sovereignty.

According to Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko, Ukraine has no other way to resolve the conflict than to conclude a peace treaty with Russia without preconditions.

At the same time, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov at a press conference called the "peace initiatives" put forward by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky absurd.

The Kremlin stressed that Russia will continue its NWO and, one way or another, will ensure its interests and achieve the fulfillment of the stated tasks.
