South American leaders, including Maduro, meet in Brazil to try to revive Unasur

This Tuesday, May 30 in Brasilia begins a summit of heads of state of the South American continent. At the instigation of President Lula Da Silva, Unasur could be reborn. This organization of South American countries has not met since 2014 after a wave of elections put right-wing leaders who turned their backs on the organization as presidents. And for Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro, this summit marks his return to the regional scene after several years of isolation.
