Beijing, 5 May (ZXS) -- After the exhibition of Soong Ching-ling's life was renovated, it was reopened in Beijing on 29 May, and nearly 29 cultural relics were exhibited for the first time.
On the same day, the leaders and guests attending the meeting went to the former residence of Comrade Soong Ching-ling located on the north edge of Houhai, Beijing, to present a basket of flowers to the white jade statue of Soong Ching-ling, deeply remembering the magnificent and great and glorious life of Soong Ching-ling, one of the founders of the People's Republic of China and honorary president of the People's Republic of China.
He Baoxiang, vice chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and executive vice chairman of the Central Committee of the Revolutionary Committee of the Chinese Kuomintang, pointed out: With deep reverence, we deeply remember the glorious lives of Sun Yat-sen and Soong Ching-ling who dedicated themselves to the Chinese people. The China Soong Ching Ling Foundation and the Sun Yat-sen Soong Ching Ling Memorial Organization at home and abroad should play their role as the inheritors of the noble spirit of Sun Yat-sen and Soong Ching Ling and the developers of the great cause, practice Dr. Sun Yat-sen's lifelong pursuit of "rejuvenating China", extensively unite the sons and daughters of Chinese at home and abroad to consciously devote themselves to the great practice of Chinese-style modernization, and strive for the comprehensive construction of a modern socialist country and the comprehensive promotion of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
Li Bin, Chairman of the China Soong Ching Ling Foundation, pointed out that the China Soong Ching Ling Foundation regards the work of developing and revising Soong Ching Ling's life as a practical embodiment of the spirit of the important congratulatory letter from President Xi Jinping to the 40th anniversary of the establishment of the China Soong Ching Ling Foundation, and strives to demonstrate Mr. Soong Ching Ling's firm belief in "always being with the Party" and his great spirit, lofty character and outstanding contribution to national reunification and unswerving struggle for national reunification and national rejuvenation.

More than 46 people attended the event, including Sun Yat-sen's relatives and former friends and descendants, as well as <> Sun Yat-sen Soong Ching Ling Memorial Institutions at home and abroad.
Sun Yali, great-grandnephew of Sun Yat-sen and president of the Sun Yat-sen Cultural Foundation, said that this year is the 130th anniversary of the birth of Soong Ching-ling, and in addition to commemoration, we need to strive to inherit and carry forward the spirit of Sun Yat-sen and Soong Ching-ling and other revolutionary ancestors. The best memorial is inheritance, and the best inheritance is practice. All the sons and daughters of China should unite together, do practical things, and work for the well-being of the country and all mankind.
According to reports, since the former residence of Comrade Soong Ching-ling, honorary president of the People's Republic of China, was opened to the public in 1982, Soong Ching-ling's life has been upgraded four times. The exhibition focuses on carrying forward the lofty demeanor of Soong Ching-ling's patriotism, democracy, internationalism and the great fighter of communism, with Soong Ching-ling's belief in "always being with the party" as the theme and Soong Ching-ling's glorious course of "striving for new China" as the main line, divided into 9 chapters, more than 560 exhibition items, displaying more than 200 pieces (groups) of cultural relics collections, and more than 270 pictures, comprehensively displaying Soong Ching-ling's glorious life. Nearly 50 of these artifacts are on display for the first time. On the basis of focusing on cultural relics and historical pictures, scene displays and multimedia exhibitions are added to enhance the level of display and visiting experience.

Leng Rong, leader of the 20th Guidance Group of Central Theme Education, Wei Xiaodong, Chairman of the Beijing Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, Li Huidong, Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Revolutionary Committee of the Chinese Kuomintang, and Shen Beili, Vice Chairman of the China Soong Ching Ling Foundation, attended the ceremony and visited the exhibition.
