The results of the 28-M 2023 elections are already known. The PP led by Alberto Núñez Feijóohas dyed the map of Spain blue in its first national elections, but it will need Vox in more than fifteen capitals and several autonomies, such as the Valencian Community, the Balearic Islands, Aragon or Cantabria. El nuevo Parlament balear surgido de las elecciones de 2023 celebradas el 28-M deberá constituirse, según determina el Estatuto de Autonomía, en un plazo máximo de 30 días, por lo que será como muy tarde el 27 de junio.

El Senado renovará 31 escaños de forma indirecta tras las elecciones municipales y autonómicas
Las elecciones municipales y autonómicas celebradas este domingo en 12 comunidades autónomas conllevan que se renueve parcialmente el Senado, ya que 31 de sus escaños corresponden a los de designación autonómica por los doce parlamentos electos.
Esos 31 senadores son el 11,69% de los 265 que hay esta legislatura y su renovación en las próximas semanas no desequilibrará el reparto de fuerzas entre los principales grupos, el de los 113 senadores del PSOE y los 104 del PP.

Vuelco en las diputaciones provinciales de Andalucía: el PP gobernará en cinco
El triunfo del PP en las elecciones municipales en Andalucía también supondrá un vuelco político en las diputaciones provinciales, ya que los populares gobernarán en al menos cinco de las ocho de la comunidad. En cuatro de ellas con mayoría absoluta (Almería, Córdoba, Huelva y Málaga), mientras que en Granada se queda a un diputado provincial de la mayoría empatando con la suma de PSOE y Para la Gente y pudiendo lograr la mayoría con el apoyo de Vox.
Los socialistas, que han gobernado durante el último mandato municipal todas las diputaciones salvo Málaga y Almería, sólo consiguen retener la presidencia tras el 28M en Sevilla y Jaén, donde alcanzan la mayoría absoluta, según el recuento oficial consultado por Europa Press en la web del Ministerio del Interior.
En Cádiz, la llave de gobierno queda en manos de los dos diputados de La Línea 100x100 que lidera el alcalde linense Juan Franco, ya que el PP alcanza 15 diputados provinciales -a uno de la mayoría absoluta- por 14 de la suma de PSOE (13) e IU (1).
Desde las anteriores elecciones municipales de mayo de 2019 el PSOE ha gobernado seis de las ocho diputaciones provinciales -Huelva, Sevilla, Cádiz, Córdoba, Granada y Jaén-, por dos en manos del PP, Málaga y Almería.

Rufián a Sánchez en la próxima sesión de control: ¿Cómo encara el final?
El Congreso de los Diputados acogerá el próximo miércoles la primera sesión de control al Gobierno tras las elecciones autonómicas y municipales del 28 de mayo y los partidos aprovecharán la ocasión para preguntar sobre cómo va a encarar el Ejecutivo de Pedro Sánchez el final de la legislatura.
En concreto, esa será la pregunta que le hará el portavoz de ERC en la Cámara Baja, Gabriel Rufián, al presidente del Gobierno, en una nueva sesión de control en el Congreso después de que la semana pasada el protagonista fuera EH Bildu y su decisión de incluir en sus listas electorales a 44 personas condenadas por terrorismo.
La secretaria general de PP y portavoz de este partido en el Congreso, Cuca Gamarra, pedirá a Sánchez que explique si tiene pensado introducir algún cambio en su acción de Gobierno y el líder de Vox, Santiago Abascal, empleará su tiempo para preguntarle si va a seguir tomando decisiones trascendentales "a espaldas de los españoles o por fin va a empezar a preguntarles", informa Servimedia.

¿Quiénes son esos 31 senadores afectados?
Luisa Fernanda Rudi, quien fue presidenta del Congreso y del Gobierno aragonés, es una de las 11 senadoras del PP cuyo escaño tiene que ser renovado, mientras que el otro senador aragonés por designación es Clemente Sánchez-Garnica, del Partido Aragonés (PAR).
Otro ex presidente regional, el extremeño José Antonio Monago, también del PP, es asimismo afectado por la renovación de escaños antes de que a finales de este año acabe la XIV Legislatura, que comenzó en diciembre de 2019.
El otro extremeño por designación es el socialista Rafael Lemus, y socialistas son también las dos senadoras asturianas por elección indirecta, María Jesús Álvarez y Mercedes Otero, y la única riojana, Teresa Villuendas, así como una por Murcia, Lourdes Retuerto.
Por designación de la Asamblea con sede en Cartagena (Murcia) es senador asimismo Miguel Sánchez, el único que le queda a Ciudadanos en la Cámara Alta, quien previsiblemente dejará de serlo, a la vista del resultado electoral, ya que su partido ha pasado a ser extraparlamentario.
Madrid cuenta con 7 senadores por designación: 5 del PP (Paloma Adrados, Ana Camins, Eduardo Raboso, Alicia Sánchez-Camacho y Jaime de los Santos), uno de Más Madrid, Pablo Gómez Perpinyà, y otro socialista, José Cepeda.
Cinco tiene la Comunidad Valenciana: Gloria Calero y Joan Lerma (ambos del PSOE), Alberto Fabra (PP), Carles Mulet (Compromís) y Emilio Argüeso, quien fue expulsado de Ciudadanos y está en el grupo mixto.
En Canarias y Castilla-La Mancha son tres los escaños a renovar, los que tienen ahora Asier Antona (PP), Fernando Clavijo (CC) y Santiago Pérez (PSOE), en el primer caso, y Carolina Agudo (PP) y las socialistas Teresa Fernández Molina y Aurelia Sánchez Navarro en el segundo.
Completan la lista de senadores pendientes de renovación el cántabro José Miguel Fernández Viadero (PRC), el navarro Koldo Martínez Urionabarrenetxea (Geroa Bai) y los baleares José Vicente Marí (PP) y Vicenç Vidal (Més per Mallorca), informa Efe.

Los nuevos ayuntameintos, en tres semanas
Los casi 8.100 ayuntamientos españoles en los que este domingo se han celebrado elecciones municipales se constituirán y elegirán alcalde o alcaldesa el sábado 17 de junio, una vez que las juntas electorales de zona proclamen a las más de 67.000 personas que han resultado electas en los comicios de ayer, informa Efe.

Who will win the general elections with the results of the municipal elections?
Feijóo would win the next general elections according to data, precedents, trend and context that emanate from the municipal elections this Sunday. Both can be appealed as a basis to the more than 750,000 votes of difference with respect to the PSOE, a not inconsiderable distance of more than three points, as well as to history itself, which marks an almost perfect correlation between the victory in the local polls and the subsequent triumph in the national ones.
