When Linda Goding became a mother, she began to think about the content of the products the family came into contact with. Cloth diapers and sanitary napkins became the next step for the family.

"I wanted to find things that are kind to our bodies and I want to think about the environment and reduce the mountain of waste," she says.

More and more reusable feminine care products

More and more women in Sweden are choosing reusable feminine care products. According to the Swedish Midwifery Association, interest in both menstrual cups and menstrual panties is increasing, mainly because women are becoming more environmentally conscious.

Linda started sewing her own sanitary towels to be able to adapt the pads to her own wishes.

– They are nice to the body and I feel that my genitals feel better, she says.

Isn't it complicated?

"It's not as complicated as you might think. You wash the cloth napkin and have it again next time. So instead of throwing ten pads in the trash, you have ten pads left for your next period," she says.
