Earlier, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin said that one of the conditions for achieving peace is Ukraine's refusal to join NATO and the EU.

According to the diplomat, it is necessary to stop the hostilities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the supply of Western weapons to Kyiv.

Economist Jeffrey Sachs expressed the opinion that the United States dragged Ukraine into a trap according to the scenario that they developed in Afghanistan.

He noted that politicians and diplomats from the United States were aware of the risks that accompanied the expansion of NATO to the east.
