Articles 1234 and 1235 of the Civil Code stipulate that if the violation of state regulations causes damage to the ecological environment, the state organ has the right to request the infringer to bear the responsibility for restoration within a reasonable period of time. Where the infringer fails to repair it within the time limit, the state organ may entrust others to carry out the repair, and the necessary expenses such as damage investigation, appraisal and assessment, and pollution removal shall be borne by the infringer. The garbage generated by ship production operations should be disposed of in a timely manner, and overseas solid waste must not be imported into China. Xu Chunhao, a police officer of the second team on duty at the Pingtan Border Inspection Station, gave examples of laws and regulations that are easy to touch by inbound and outbound ships, and provided legal consultation in combination with the current port entry and exit policies, and patiently answered questions about entry and exit laws and regulations.

The police of the station went to the Pingtan Taiwan Business Association to popularize the knowledge of the Civil Code in many Taiwan compatriots and Taiwan enterprises in Lan, and proceeded from the legal provisions formulated by the state to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the people on both sides of the strait, and described the background, significance, and new provisions of the Civil Code.

"The laws on the mainland are becoming more detailed and the judicial system is becoming more and more sound. With more perfect judicial guarantees for investment, work, and study in the mainland, everyone can live in the mainland with more peace of mind. In the view of Taiwan compatriot Lin Qiaoying, the Civil Code involves property rights, contracts, creditor's rights and other aspects, especially the contract part is closely related to the business activities of Taiwan businessmen, and studying and using the Civil Code well can better solve the law-related and litigation-related problems faced by Taiwan enterprises and protect their legitimate rights and interests in the mainland.

National rejuvenation and people's happiness are the common pursuit of compatriots on both sides of the strait. Pingtan Border Inspection Station will focus on the action of "studying deeply and striving for excellence, daring to be the first, and striving for results through practical work", and continue to provide intimate, pragmatic and high-quality border inspection services for Taiwan compatriots and Taiwan enterprises in Lantan, help Taiwan enterprises grow healthily, and provide a strong guarantee for creating a safe and efficient port business environment.
