"By 2030, the national economy should ensure the production of high-tech products - chips and other microelectronics, high-precision machine tools and robotics, aerospace technology, drones, medicines ... At the same time, the share of such domestic goods in total consumption should be at least 75%," the website of the Cabinet of Ministers says.

At the same time, the document emphasizes that by this period the Russian side should have its own scientific, personnel and technological base of critical and end-to-end technologies. This is supposed to be achieved through the creation of the necessary conditions for high-intensity innovative activity of corporations and entrepreneurs.

Earlier, the first deputy chairman of the State Duma Committee on Education, Yana Lantratova, proposed increasing the amount of funding and the number of scientific research conducted in Russia to strengthen domestic technological sovereignty.
