As Milonov explained, in recent years, cases of intrusive advertising offering "quick" obtaining foreign citizenship for residents of Russia have become more frequent on the Internet and on other sites.

"Often, such ads are advertisements for dubious services of certain firms balancing on the verge of violating the legislation of the Russian Federation," the deputy emphasized.

Moreover, according to him, such advertising "is a veiled form of Russophobia and belittling of our Motherland."

"I ask you to consider the idea of a complete ban on advertising services for the provision of foreign citizenship on the territory of Russia in any form and manifestation," the text of the appeal says.

Earlier, Milonov proposed to give a free health certificate to all Russian newlyweds.
