After the issuance of the "Notice", various localities have successively formulated and released projects and price policies for oral implant medical services. For example, the price of single conventional dental implant medical services in Chongqing tertiary, secondary, primary and other public medical institutions was adjusted to 4312 yuan, 3920 yuan, 3724 yuan and 3528 yuan respectively, which decreased significantly.
Although the main target of "controlling the high price of medical services" is public hospitals, it has also played a good guiding role for private medical institutions. In Huangshan City, Anhui Province, 23 private medical institutions have voluntarily committed to accepting the whole process of price control. In Beijing, some private dental hospitals and clinics designated by medical insurance have also begun to launch various preferential packages and price reduction activities.
