The victim was found dead outside his taxi on October 16. He had just parked after finishing his shift when he was shot.

In November, the suspect was detained in absentia. He was wanted internationally and arrested a few hours later in Germany.

The fact that the extradition to Sweden has taken six months is due to the fact that the suspect appealed the extradition request and has referred to a poor mental state, according to the prosecutor.

The man has not yet been interviewed by Swedish police.

"The evidence is very stable," prosecutor Helena Treiberg Claeson told GP.

In October, the taxi driver was found dead in his car in a parking lot in Bergsjön.
