On Friday, the first appeal came to the Court of Appeal in the Tove case. Then the 20-year-old's lawyer filed his client's appeal. On Monday, the 18-year-old also arrived. Through her new lawyer Peter Gillberg, she demands that the charge of murder be dismissed.

Critical of the evaluation of evidence

Gillberg writes that the district court made "a manifestly erroneous evidentiary evaluation of the oral and written material relied upon". Because in addition to the fact that he believes that the murder charge should be dismissed, he believes that the grave violation should not be assessed as serious.

The 20-year-old's lawyer Clea Sangborn has summoned a new coroner to the Court of Appeal. The 18-year-old's lawyer does not call any new person but refers to the interviews with his client regarding the evidence.
