Jilin Province has pillar advantageous characteristic industries such as automobile, petrochemical, agricultural product processing and equipment manufacturing, aerospace information, biomedicine, metallurgy, building materials, etc., forming a relatively complete industrial system. In the past five years, Jilin Province has vigorously promoted innovation-driven development, taking the lead in being approved to build an innovation-oriented province in Northeast China, ranking 19th in the country in terms of comprehensive scientific and technological innovation level and ranking first in the growth rate of the comprehensive scientific and technological innovation level index among the three northeastern provinces.
In Jilin, the research team visited Changchun Yingli Automobile Industry Co., Ltd., a Taiwanese-funded enterprise. The workshop is clean and tidy, and workers are busy producing auto parts. The person in charge of the enterprise introduced that the factory has a complete glass fiber reinforced parts manufacturing process production line, and the company has established a stable strategic cooperative relationship with first-class auto parts manufacturers in Germany, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Italy and other countries.
At China FAW Group Co., Ltd., the research team learned about innovations such as hydrogen energy engines, 11kW high-performance wireless charging systems, and direct-drive in-wheel motor systems. At FAW's Hongqi Prosperity Plant in China, we inspected the production line of Hongqi cars. According to reports, the factory fully adopts robot automatic assembly technology, the operation efficiency is first-class, and the welding automation rate and in-line conveying automation rate have reached 100%.
