【Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Special Line】Guangzhou Pazhou Hong Kong and Macao Ferry Terminal officially opened sailing, about two hours to arrive in Hong Kong

Guangzhou, 5 May (ZXS) -- The maiden voyage ceremony of the Pazhou Hong Kong and Macao Ferry Terminal was held in Guangzhou on 4 May. On the same day, the carbon fiber high-speed passenger ship "Haizhu Lake" set sail for Hong Kong in about two hours, which will further promote the interconnection of central cities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. Governor of Guangdong Province Wang Weizhong attended and announced the official opening of the Pazhou Hong Kong Macao Ferry Terminal, and the Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) John Lee Ka-chiu delivered a video speech.

Pazhou Hong Kong-Macau Ferry Terminal is one of the iconic direct transportation facilities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the only passenger terminal connecting central Guangzhou to Hong Kong. The terminal will be constructed in two phases, the first phase will open two routes between the Pazhou Hong Kong and Macao Ferry Terminal and Hong Kong China Hong Kong City Terminal and Hong Kong International Airport (Haitian Ferry Terminal), and put into operation of "Haizhu Lake" and "Haizhu Bay" carbon fiber high-speed passenger ships, the whole journey will take about two hours, which will further shorten the travel time of the central cities of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and accelerate the construction of a modern comprehensive transportation system in the Greater Bay Area.

Passengers traveling cross-border can directly check in and check in their baggage for international airlines at the Pazhou Hong Kong and Macau Ferry Terminal, and enjoy the one-stop "Sea-to-Sky" travel service of "Guangzhou check-in and Hong Kong check-in". Next, Pazhou Hong Kong and Macao Ferry Terminal will also open Macao routes to further fill the gap of high-speed passenger routes from central Guangzhou to Hong Kong and Macao.
