Virginie Girod SEASON 2022 - 202305h05h, 04 May 2023

[On the occasion of the coronation of Charles III] Discover the unpublished story dedicated to Elizabeth I, told by Virginie Girod. Initially excluded from the succession to the English throne, she finally became queen on 17 November 1558 on the death of her half-sister, Mary Tudor. She chose never to marry, in order to retain her power, which earned her the nickname "virgin queen". The most powerful woman of the sixteenth century, Elisabeth took care of her image as an intransigent, voluntary and courageous sovereign, qualities that she will make a point of honor to keep until her death. The one who gave him the most trouble was another woman: Mary Stuart, the Queen of Scots. Following their confrontation, Scotland became part of the Kingdom of England.
