Nablus - On the news of "death", the child Abdul Rahman Khader and his eight siblings woke up, and instead of preparing themselves and preparing for school as usual daily, they nailed inside their house in grief after hearing the news of the martyrdom of their father, Sheikh Khader Adnan, in the Israeli occupation prisons.

After 87 days of hunger strike in Israeli prisons, the painful news came from where Sheikh Adnan (44 years old) was chained in the so-called "Ramle prison clinic". The occupation prisons service announced his death at dawn on Tuesday, so that his family lived in a double state of sadness and panic, and the news fell like a thunderbolt on all Palestinians.

"Martyrdom. The utmost I wished"

Despite the difficulty of the event and its painful impact on them, spoke Randa Moussa wife of Sheikh Khader Adnan, and confirmed to the island net what he announced Sheikh from the first moment of his arrest on the fifth of February / February last when he embarked on hunger strike, and said that he will continue to do so until "liberation or martyrdom, and both things victory."

His wife said that martyrdom was the most Sheikh Khader wished for, and that going to her was his decision from the beginning. "We, like his family and children, lost him, and there are those who failed and did nothing to support him in his strike for freedom," she said.

With some oppression, Randa spoke, and said, "I have 9 children, and from the youngest to the eldest we will not forgive anyone who could have lifted the injustice against Sheikh Khader and did not."

Despite the pain Sheikh Khader was experiencing in his strike and the melting of his flesh and fat, he was left to the jailers to pick him up until he received the shahada, she said. "It really hurts us not to move to support him, as if we have absolved ourselves that our children are in prison and remain in detention."

What happened with Sheikh Martyr #خضر_عدنان is a clear Zionist decision to execute him in prison, the man's bone and flesh melted with patience and steadfastness in the cells of a ruthless enemy.

Sheikh Khader Adnan is like a role model for Palestinian youth, whenever he gets out of prison, he returns to the field of resistance stronger and harder.

"Guard the faces of my children"

Adnan's wife confirmed what she had previously announced during sit-ins to support him and to show solidarity with him, that she would not open a funeral home to receive mourners in her husband. "We will not accept condolences until my children grow up and take revenge," she said. She sent a direct message to the occupation and said, "Let the occupation protect the faces and names of my sons, because we will not stand idly by."

As for Sheikh Khader Adnan's last moments, his wife said that his health condition deteriorated significantly last Sunday, which prompted him to send a harsh message, in which he said, "I am martyred, I am dying."

Since his strike last February, his wife has mobilized from her home in the town of Arraba (near the city of Jenin in the northern West Bank) and through the Al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem and ending with Ramle prison inside the Green Line, and held a sit-in in support of him, and roamed with her children the streets, cities and villages of the West Bank, most notably on the night of Eid al-Fitr, when they demonstrated in the center of Ramallah, spreading the ground and covering the sky, where she warned of the danger to the sheikh and the possibility of his martyrdom at any moment.

On Tuesday morning, loudspeakers in the mosques of the town of Arraba and all Palestinian areas mourned Sheikh Khader Adnan, amid a state of widespread strike and mourning in most parts of the West Bank, and the people of the town of Arraba and activists from different areas flocked to the house of Sheikh Khader, declaring their support for his family, who was overwhelmed by grief.

Premeditated assassination

The head of the Palestinian Prisoners' Club, Qaddoura Fares, summed up the scene, saying that what happened to Sheikh Khader Adnan was "premeditated assassination and execution". There is ample evidence of this and began "by arresting him and luring him to strike to kill and assassinate him", he said.

Fares said in an interview with Al Jazeera Net that "fabricating charges and isolation cells Jalameh prison and then in the cells of the Ramle prison clinic handcuffed for 87 days, despite the need to transfer him to a medically prepared hospital and able to deal with any deterioration in his health;

The determination of the Israeli occupation – as Fares adds – increased by the rejection of its courts twice the judicial requests submitted for the release of Sheikh Khader on bail, and the court's disregard for the seriousness of his health condition.

He did not get tired of releasing the alarm.
He fell only on the gap,
did not retreat, feeding the footsteps towards the sun, towards his shadow one iota.
He fell tall headed
, alone, besieged

, free
, and overflowing by faith.

Eternity in memory of our purest and purest man, our living miracle, and our outcast

Regarding the state of betrayal experienced by prisoner Khader Adnan officially and factionally, Fares said that the martyrdom of any prisoner should light a red light in front of the Palestinian national situation as a whole in order not to bet absolutely on the prisoner's attempt to free himself.

The head of the prisoners' club said that what the prisoner experienced Khader Adnan is a general situation experienced by all prisoners, especially the sick and hunger strikers who face danger every moment.

Fares pointed out that a state of great anger prevails in Israeli prisons, and that the prisoners feel great shock, and announced the alert in all its forms inside prisons. What is needed is to deter the occupation and send messages to it that Palestinian blood is not permissible, he said, "so that it is not easy to kill Palestinians and spill their blood for free, as the extremist occupation leaders want inside or outside prisons."
