– It would be incredibly fun to compete in the European Championships. Previously, I have only been on a Swedish stage so I really want to go out now and see how I place myself internationally, what they think about my physique and what I need to improve, says the 23-year-old.

For Linn, training has always been a natural part of everyday life. When she realized that you can compete in training, she saw it as the best of both worlds.

Sustainability thinking

"My way of looking at this is probably different from many others. I think you should think sustainably all the time so I don't step up the training very much before competition but continue on my routines.

Linn is driven by seeing herself develop and always having a goal to work towards. She sees being able to stand on stage with the trophy in her hands as a reward for her hard work.

"You do this every day. It becomes almost like a full-time job with planning their days and exercising. So to stand there and win everything is what you strive for.
